Jeff Hathaway is the founder and President of ProActive Physical Therapy in NY and BreakThrough Physical Therapy in NC and sits on the Board of Directors of the Physical Therapy Business Alliance. Dr. Hathaway is the co-chair of the New York State Private Practice Special Interest Group the AIPT or Alliance for Independent Physical Therapists and a member of the advisory panels on reimbursement in both NY and NC.
Dr. Hathaway has presented on the business of physical therapy at the state and national level as well as the value of the physical therapist in the healthcare system. He has recently founded a new payment network model for private practices that leverages evidence based practice and the entrepreneurial spirit of the private practice owner (PT Value Net). He is on faculty for the Evidence in Motion (EIM) Executive Private Practice Management (EPPM) program. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from EIM's EPPM program. Dr. Hathaway is an active member of the APTA, PPS, NCPTA and NYPTA.

After founding, growing and selling what became Staples, in his consulting practice, Paul went on to strategize and advise for today's largest worldwide Office Products distributors. He was Chairman of the NE BMW advisory board, nominated by INC magazine as "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 1990 and 1991, elected to the National Register of "Who's Who e in Executives and Professionals" and has been a guest lecturer at Universities and Conferences worldwide.
Bridgit Finley is the founding partner and CEO for Physical Therapy Central and is a partner in Confluent Health. Physical Therapy Central is a rapidly growing private practice that was selected as Practice of the Year in 2010 by ADVANCE Magazine.
Dr. Finley is nationally recognized in the area of clinical education and was awarded the Signe Brunnstrom Award for Excellence in clinical teaching by the American Physical Therapy Association. She is a frequent lecturer at physical therapy programs and state meetings. She serves as a mentor leader for Evidence in Motion fellowship program. She currently serves as the President for the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association.
Chad Elms is the founder of Momentum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Chad is a member of the prestigious Entrepreneur's Organization. In 2012 he started mentoring the founder of PT United after being introduced through the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards. Kelly Sanders received a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and a minor in Exercise and Health Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1999, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Kelly completed a one-year residency program in orthopedic physical therapy at Kaiser West Los Angeles and Fortanasce & Associates Physical Therapy. She is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy and also is a certified athletic trainer.
Today she is the President of Team Movement for life with over 20 clinics across the country and quickly growing. Renown nationally for the culture they keep, they've been awarded the Jane L. Snyder National Private Practice of the Year Award in 2012. A true leader in the profession and one of very the few executives operating an Employee owned organization.
In her personal time, Kelly enjoys snow skiing, being outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.
