Quinn Worden founded PT United, a company dedicated to helping physical therapists in private practice improve business performance, as a student at the University of Miami in 2010. PT United is the first PT business owned distribution network leveraging technology with a patient centered approach to sourcing and distributing physical therapy equipment, supplies and most importantly products for patients to have the best outcomes possible.

While a student at U Miami, he was honored to win a number of awards, from elevator pitches to business plan competitions and regional competitions like the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards. In 2017 the U.S. Small Business Administration named Quinn as New Hampshire and New England’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year. PT United continues to enjoy impressive growth as they earned the rank of 1102 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for 2018, the fastest-growing private firms in America. In July of 2019 the Telegraph selected Quinn as a 40 under 40 award recipient.

Quinn is very passionate about making a difference in the profession he set out to serve. He’s been blessed to Partner with some of the best physical therapy companies in the country to collaboratively build a vehicle for the profession to thrive in business.

Outside of PT United Quinn loves helping others turn their passion into a business. From local students at Rivier University to Therapists across the country looking to execute on making their dreams a reality as entrepreneurs. Family, friends, golf and weight training are his pleasures. It’s likely he’s asked you to consider moving to New Hampshire because he believes it’s the best place in the world to live, work, and play! Today he lives and works in Nashua, NH, twice voted best place to live in the country.

Troy Bage
Director, CEO Ivy Rehab for Kids

Troy Bage is the Chief Operating Officer of lvy Rehab Network, an outpatient rehab practice with over 180 sites in 10 states. Ivy is a rapidly growing, innovative practice that is focused on the notion that “It’s all about the People.” Prior to Ivy, Troy was the Executive Director of the Alliance for physical Therapy Quality and Innovation. APTQI is an industry trade group focused on advocacy for the profession of physical therapy. Troy is a current board member with APTQI. Troy was also the President and CEO of BenchMark Physical Therapy and COO of its parent company Upstream Rehabilitation. During his time there, he oversaw the creation of industry leading platforms like Web Outcomes and Therapy Direct. He has his MS in PT form Medical College of VA, his DPT and MBA from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Troy is married and lives with his wife and daughter in Baltimore, Maryland.

By combining his compassion for each individual patient and his passion for education, Shannon takes an active approach to his leadership role. He is an expert of performance, personal empowerment and team synergy. Shannon O’Kelley, MPT hols a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Chapman College/Children’s Hospital of L.A. In 1996, Shannon created IRG Physical and Hand Therapy, Inc., which has become an industry leader in outpatient Physical and Hand Therapy. As the host of 710 AM ESPN Sports: Sports Injury Update and KOMO Radio News IRG Health Talk, Shannon is dedicated to providing medical content that will make a difference to your health and well-being.

Robert Harada

Robert founded Harada Bioelectronics in 1978. In 1991, he formed a partnership called Thera Tek USA. Through the 90’s, they acquired numerous competitors in the Northwest. And by the end of the decade, Thera Tek USA was the market leader of the NW. In 1996, Thera Tek USA joined the National Medical Alliance (NMA). And 2005-2009, Robert was Chairman of their Board. The NMA was re-branded as Motion1 and sold to NDC in 2011. Also in 2011, Robert bought out his retiring partner and became sole owner of Thera Tek USA.

Dr. Laurence (Larry) Benz is the President/CEO of Confluent Health, a private physical therapy company with related businesses in education and occupational medicine. Amongst the holdings of Confluent Health include Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, Fit For Work LLC, ProRehab, Evidence In Motion, Dunn Physical Therapy,Breakthrough Physical Therapy, PT Central, Groves WorkReady, ProRehab Louisville. Dr. Benz received his undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University, Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Baylor University, MBA from The Ohio State University, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions, and MA in Applied Positive Psychology from Univ of Penn. He is currently Board Chairman at The University of Louisville and a Trustee for the Foundation of Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Business Alliance, Neighborhood Engagement, and The University of Louisville Medical Center. He is the recipient of numerous business, leadership, and physical therapy awards.

Gray Chynoweth is an executive, board member and investor. He has a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated magna cum laude. He serves or has served as a director for numerous for-profit and non-profit corporations. Gray is currently working with DEKA Research to establish the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI). He also serves as Co-Manager at 10x Venture Partners and General Partner at Mill Works Fund.
