Preventative Maintenance & Service Calls
  • Our annual inspections and preventative maintenance are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s performance specifications using the required proprietary test equipment. This ensures your equipment maintains yearly compliance with FDA regulation 21CFR, the Joint Commission (formerly known as JCAHO), CAATE, NWRA, and others.
  • The testing of your equipment to ensure it meets the industry’s electrical safety requirements is done in accordance with NFPA-99 and IEC 60601 as well as the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Our Technicians have a full stock of replacement parts in their vehicles so many required repairs can be done right on site, preventing the need for multiple service calls.

Preventative Maintenance
  • Our yearly maintenance and performance verifications are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s performance specifications using the required proprietary test equipment. Service Calls
  • Our Technicians have a full stock of replacement parts in their vehicles so many required repairs can be done right on site, preventing the need for multiple service calls.
  • Detailed records are kept on file at AFI. The date of the maintenance visit is written on an AFI sticker which is applied to each piece of equipment that has been inspected. A detailed invoice which lists each piece of equipment complete with model number and serial number is provided for your records. A post card is sent a month prior to the next scheduled visit as a reminder. If you forget to call to schedule your PM, we will call you to suggest a date. We will not show up unless we have a confirmed appointment. If you misplace your invoice and you need one immediately due to an inspection, we will send you a copy.
